There's something cooking in The District at Prairie Trail that you aren't going to want to miss! Every month in 2019, one of our local restaurants is creating an exclusive behind-the-scenes dining experience as part of the new District Dinner Club.
A limited number of guests will be treated to an intimate and unique experience at each venue, and will drink and dine over a specially inspired meal of appetizers or salad, an off-menu main course, dessert, and a wine pairing or speciality cocktail.

If you've ever wanted a better understanding of the how and why in the pairing of food and wine, this event is for you! District 36 Managing Owner Sean Munro and Sommelier Kyle Foote will lead diners through the journey of complementary food and wine pairings and how to best enjoy them. Check out the scrumptious menu they have planned:
Smoked Salmon and Porcini Croquettes with Savory Aioli, paired with Domain Specth, Pinot Gris from Alsace, France
Chilean Bean Salad with Chimichurri Vinaigrette, paired with Michele Chiarlo "Le Orme," Barbera, Piedmont, Italy
Espresso-Bourbon Pork Flat Iron with Apple Demi Glaze served with Roasted Cauliflower Mash paired with Stag's Leap, Petite Syrah from Napa, California
Mixed Berry Shortcake and Cinnamon Infused Zabaglione paired with Cavicchiolio Spumante 1928 from San Prospero, Italy
