The District Relay

For this relay, there will be 3 different events. You will need to be in a team of 2. The first part of the relay is placing an Oreo on your forehead and to get the Oreo into your mouth with only using your face. The second part of the relay is a candy toss. One participant will hold a solo cup, and the other participant will then try to throw the candy into the cup being a certain distance away. The last part of the relay is one participant will put shaving cream over your face and the other participant will throw Cheetos on to the other participants face while being a certain distance away. This will all be timed, and whoever finishes one part of the relay, all participants will stop and we will move on to the 2nd part of the relay. The volunteer will then add up all the times and see who had the fastest time.

Age Range: Children 5-12 ; 5 teams of 2

Team Cookie Decorating Contest

Pair up in our cookie decorating competition to see who can most accurately decorate a cookie in the fastest amount of time. There will be one decorated cookie that the team needs to try and replicate as perfectly as possible. The child will have to communicate with their partner how to decorate the cookie. A team is one adult and one child. However the adult has to be blindfolded!

Age Range: Children 5-10, Adults 18+ ; 5 teams of 2 (1 adult, 1 child)

Eating Contest

Who can conquer The District Sampler platter first? The contest is timed and contestants will have a platter with items from a variety of restaurants in The District represented. Each participating restaurant will provide 20 identical items, 1 for each Sampler platter.

Age Range: 18+ ; 20 total participants

Celebrity Jeopardy Game

We will put our celebrity contestants to the test wit this trivia game all about the History of Prairie Trail. Who will walk away with the trophy and bragging rights?
